| We call upon motivated members who would like to actively contribute to strengthening and growing the C Square Corporate Communication Community. Our goal is to offer a programme that is interesting, inspiring, educational, and fun – for both young professionals and seasoned experts, whether working in an agency or in-house.
What do we expect from a board member?
As a board member, you will be an active ambassador for the community, which includes:
- Contributing to strategic discussions on how to increase the community’s impact;
- Being available to invest time in C Square within your professional context (estimated time commitment: approx. 1 day/month);
- Helping shape our annual summit (both in terms of content and logistics);
- Bringing in speakers and organising at least one session or workshop per year – being actively involved in the planning and present at events and trainings;
- Having a good command of both Dutch and French (Board meetings are bilingual – everyone speaks their preferred language);
- You must, of course, be a C Square member to apply for this position (but if you are not today, it’s never too late).
For the Board, we look both at agency professionals (1 per agency) and in-house corporate communication experts, at the start of their career or a seasoned voice in the field. It is our aim to have an equity between in-house and agency representatives.

On Wednesday, September 3rd, candidates are invited to the General Assembly at 5 PM at De Kruitfabriek in Vilvoorde. Our members determine by vote who will have a seat in the Board.
