Clients expect a certain level of professional behavior from a communications consultant, both from a communications agency or from the company itself. 

What should we pay attention to, what shouldn't we forget and how should we behave? 
Starters or just a little more experienced people working in the communication industry can learn a lot in this workshop and find their questions answered with an exercise.
