CSquare, the Corp Comm Community, represents and defends

the interests of (future) corporate communication professionals.

Once a year we organize a Summit, a conference for knowledge

sharing, learning and networking around a relevant and enticing

subject and with interesting speakers.

First of all, the Communication summit will gather an important number leading
Belgian PR-& communication agencies, key-communication managers and
recognized speakers.

The Communication summit offers an excellent opportunity to represent your
company and/or its services to a large part of the Belgian PR- &
communication sector.
We invite our sponsors to be involved in all the communication around the Summit and to
make use of our communication channels to showcase themselves.
We have created 2 levels of sponsorships.
  • Your logo on all the invitations, newsletters and communication to CSquare and prospection contacts.
  • Your logo (with link) on the website of the Summit.
  • Your logo visible during the presentations.
  • Possibility to put 1 roll-up banner with your company details at welcoming desk and
  • 1 in the reception area
  • Possibility to hand out giveaways and a brochure during our Summit on 21 November 2024.
  • Distribution of own branded digital newsletter to members of CSquare, through our channels. The content should be related to corporate communication and ideally be scheduled right after the Summit. It will mention your logo and sponsorship.
  • Short interview with a representative of your company on a topic which is related to our Summit (distributed in a general Summit mailing and pusblished on our website).
